How should I care for my jewelry to ensure it lasts?
To maintain the brilliance of your jewelry, avoid contact with perfumes, lotions, and water. Store your pieces in the provided Lucié pouch when not in use and clean gently with a soft microfiber cloth.
What is your shipping policy?
We offer standard and express shipping worldwide. Domestic orders typically arrive within 3-5 business days, while international shipping may take 7-14 business days depending on the destination.
Can I return or exchange my order?
Yes, we accept returns and exchanges within 30 days of delivery. Items must be in their original, unworn condition with all packaging included. Please note that earrings are non-returnable for hygiene reasons.
Do you offer a warranty on your products?
Every Lucié piece comes with a 12-month warranty covering any manufacturing defects. This does not cover accidental damage, normal wear and tear, or loss.
