Returns & Exchanges

At Lucié Jewelry, we want you to be completely enamored with your new pieces. If your selection isn't quite right, we offer returns and exchanges within 30 days of delivery for all items in their original, unworn condition.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

• 2.
  Prepare Your Package

  Carefully place the jewelry in its original Lucié signature packaging to ensure it is protected during transit and include the packing slip.

• 3.
  Attach the Shipping Label

  Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided via email, then securely affix it to the outside of your return parcel.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our studio inspects your returned items, we will process your refund to your original payment method or ship your new exchange within 5-7 business days.
